Return Policy

 

Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. Items returned after this time frame will not be eligible for return.

Store credit will be sent to the email attached to the order number of your returned item(s). Be sure to enter an email that you use.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

We do not offer exchanges.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED! No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume smell, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted.

Please report all damages within 24 hours of receiving the item via email. Please email us at admin@shopluvthat.com and forward photos of any damage.

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not qualified as damage.

JEWELRY

We are excited to offer free shipping on all orders containing only jewelry! Please note that all jewelry purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We want your pieces to last! Be sure to keep your pieces as dry as possible to keep them looking beautiful! Take your jewelry off around water exposure, especially salt water, perfumes, and cleaning products. We also recommend to take them off before going to sleep. 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS and UPS.

Please email us at admin@shopluvthat.com, include your order number and reasoning behind your return. Please allow 24 hours to give you next step instructions that include the address you will send your returned items to.

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of the information and order number on it.

Once your we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, as they cover the cost of getting your items to you. Your store credit will be issued for the price you paid for the item(s) only.
